Too often, builders, and thus homeowners, become stuck in a rut of doing things the same way over and over. Why? Because that is the easy way. Iron Point chooses to push the limits and continue to strive for new and innovative approaches to construction. With this, we focus on custom work with unique features not to be found in tract style subdivisions. We will sit down with you and listen intently to what you want your dream home to be, then walk hand in hand throughout the entire process. Depending on what you prefer, you can be deeply involved; or if you would like to step back and let someone else handle the tough decisions, we can easily work them up or work with a designer to create the best product we can. We can also offer design services and extensive product knowledge.
